“I was born of godly parents who taught us the gospel of Jesus Christ by their words and example. Throughout my life I have been greatly blessed with the love and care of our Heavenly Father. There have been challenges and tribulations, but at the end of every journey, I have always felt His immense love.
“Some of my life experiences include: a happy childhood; service opportunities in the Church; different Church callings; my full time employment in the Genealogical Society, in Mexíco and in Salt Lake City; my calling on a full time mission; and my marriage to Donald Charles Milne in the LDS Arizona Temple. The birth of our three sons Don L. Milne (Aneladee), Blaine L. Milne, and Brian L Milne (Rachel); my college education; my professional career as an elementary teacher; simultaneous retirement with my husband; our senior mission to the Dominican Republic; and our moving to Utah from Pueblo, Colorado, to be closer to our family. Having failed retirement, I went back to work after our mission as a substitute teacher for Granite School District, and worked at Mervyn’s California for ten years, until my health condition forced me to retire in 2008.
“Preceded in death by my parents, parents-in-law, older brother Agricol (Malinche), two small siblings and four brothers-in-law. Survived by husband Don, three sons, two daughters-in-law, ten grandchildren, one grandson-in-law, three great-grandchildren, three brothers: Isaias (Socorro), Limhi (Gloria), and Ruben (Glandy); six sisters: Leonor, Velia, Nohemi, Lucila, Josefina (Adolfo), and Martha; thirty-three nieces and nephews, thirty grandnieces and twenty grandnephews.”
