I was saddened to hear of Dave's passing today from a mutual friend.  I grew up with Dave and have many fond memories.  He was a fun, generous, and a great friend.  On hot summer days, his basement with its pool table became the gathering place where we spent many an hour listening to music and playing pool.  I remember Dave often whipping up a box of Kraft Mac and Cheese that he would share with us.  Since high school I have only seen Dave a handful of times, and I regret that.
