Webb, Virginia Roberta (nee Kelly), 82, of Casanova, Virginia, passed away March 11, 2012 in Midlothian, Virginia. She was born January 9, 1930 in Granite City, Illinois, the daughter of the late Ethel Buster and George Kelly. She was the youngest of three siblings. She married James William Webb on January 29, 1949. Virginia enjoyed gardening and needlework. Some of her fondest memories were of the three years when they were stationed at Naha Air Base in Okinawa. She was preceded in death by her beloved brother, George Kelly of Glen Carbon, IL. She is survived by her devoted husband of 63 years, James Webb; daughter, Deborah Starkweather of Richmond, Virginia; daughter and son-in-law, Laura and Paul Thomas of Midlothian, Virginia; grandchildren, Sarah Starkweather of Singapore, Melody Starkweather of Toronto, Canada, Scott Starkweather of Montreal, Canada, Benjamin Thomas of Midlothian, Virginia; and a sister, Betty Stefan of Crystal City, Missouri. Services: A Memorial service and interment will be held 2 p.m. Friday, April 6, at the Virginia Veterans Cemetery, 10300 Pridesville Road, Amelia, VA.
