Teresa was born in Holyoke, Mass on April 29, 1928 to her parents Garrett Burke and Marie Burke.
She later moved to VA, worked at the telephone company as a dispatch operator and married her high school sweetheart, James Alexander Haun on June 7, 1946.
Teresa was a generous, selfless wife and mother.
Gone before her are her father, mother, and brothers, William Burke, Edward Burke, and Garrett Burke as well as many other relatives.
She is survived by her 5 children, Vicki Haun Taylor, Michael Ray Haun (Peggy), Terry Martin Haun (Elizabeth), Marleen Haun Webster (Byron) and Kimberlee Haun Poore (Wayne). In addition, Teresa leaves behind many grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
