Rylee was born in Chesterfield County on February 20, 2004. She graduated from Midlothian High School with an advanced diploma in 2022, and then went on to Brightpoint Community College, where she double majored, and received two associates degrees. Then she continued her schooling at Virginia Commonwealth University, where she continued on the pre-medical path. She was studying to become a dermatologist. While she was so dedicated to her education, she was also dedicated to her employer, Ruth's Chris Steak House, for about 5 years.
As hard of a worker she was, she also enjoyed spending time with her family.
