Martha Walden Hamilton, 78, of Bon Air, passed away October 27, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas T. Hamilton III. She is survived by three sons, William W. Hamilton and his wife Brenda, Richard D. Hamilton and his wife Kimberly all of Chesterfield, and Thomas T. Hamilton IV and his wife Karen of Northeast, Maryland; nine grandchildren, T. Mason, Justin W., Brandon D., Ethan R., Matthew W., Margaret S., William R.C., Tristan D., and Aiden G. Hamilton. Martha was an active, longtime member and Chairman of Deacons at Bon Air Baptist Church and taught piano for 40 years. The family will receive friends Friday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Road. A funeral service will be held Saturday at 1 p.m. in Bon Air Baptist Church. Interment Westhampton Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Lottie Moon Christmas Offering at Bon Air Baptist Church.
