HIGH, Jacqueline Spiers, 87, of Leland, N.C., formerly of Richmond, widow of Allison W. High Sr., passed away May 7, 2016. She is survived by her four children, Allison W. High III and his wife, Cathy, Dianna High Rooks and her husband, Deon, Michael T. High and Terri High Inge and her husband, Ernie; nine grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 6 to 8 p.m., at the Huguenot Chapel, Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd., and where services will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, May 12. Interment private. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation or the American Cancer Society.
