Howard Davis Graham

Howard Davis Graham, 99, passed away peacefully on Thursday, June 13, 2024.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Joyce H. Graham, to whom he was married for 55 years, and his second wife, Ann H. Graham. He was also preceded in death by his five brothers and three sisters. He is survived by his daughter Mary Jackson (Tim), daughter Paula Bean (John), granddaughter Kristie Cochran (Steve), grandsons Nick and Davis Bean, and great grandsons Brandon and Tyler Cochran.
Howard was born on June 17, 1924 in Lake View, South Carolina. He moved to Richmond where he worked for American Tobacco Company for 40 years. Howard proudly served in the US Navy during WWII on Liberty Ships delivering goods to 23 countries.
Howard was an avid woodworker. His mission was making crosses and other unique items, then giving them to friends, family, and strangers in the US and in many other countries.
A graveside service will be held at Dale Memorial Park on Monday, June 24th at 12:00 PM. A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Saturday, June 29th at 11:00 am at Winfree Church in Midlothian. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Winfree Church.
The family would like to thank Crater Community Hospice and Howard's caregivers from Care Advantage.
