Frances Scott Williams

Frances Scott Williams aged 76. Died on August 17th 2017 after an extended illness. She was proceeded in death by her husband of 42 years Ralph E. Williams. She was the only child of Winfield W. Scott, Jr. And Irene Mayes Scott Southall. She is survived by her children. Marsha W. Southward (Daniel) of Midlothian, Virginia and Edward L. Williams (Tara) of New Kent, Virginia. Grandchildren;Cody A Southward and Gracyn S. Southward. Orion, Jewel, Belle and Blair Williams. And special mention for her niece Sherry B. Hensley of Dinwiddie County Virginia for her time and devotion . Mrs. Williams was a graduate of Shenandoah Valley Academy in New Market, Virginia. The Family would also like to acknowledge Leann and the nursing staff of 2 North at Johnston-Willis Hospital.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday September 1st at Dale Memorial Park. The family will then receive friends and family at the home of her daughter in Midlothian, Virginia at the conclusion of the service.
