He is preceded in death by his parents, Cleveland, Jr. and Tootsie Williamson.
He is survived by his wife, Kay Williamson; daughters and sons-in-law, Carrie and Robert Hernandez, Carly and James Pantle; five grandchildren, Helena, Sam, Adalene, Julia and Garin; sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Eldridge Firth; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Cleve was a graduate of Manchester High School and the University of Richmond. After high school, Cleve joined the US Navy and served aboard the USS Ramsey in the Vietnam War. Following his service, he worked at Bank of America, Blue Cross Blue Shield and retired from the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. He was a longtime member of Monument Heights Baptist Church and sang in the choir.
The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Monday, August 29, at Woody Funeral Home, 1020 Huguenot Rd. Midlothian, VA 23113, with the Funeral Service to immediately follow in the Chapel. Interment will be private.
