She was preceded in death by her mother Sylvia Allen, her sister Winsome Elaine Jarrett and her husband Michael D. Redwood.
Audrey migrated to the united states on August 6, 1962 and became a resident of Brooklyn, NY. Shortly after arriving she began working at Gold Water Memorial Hospital on Roosevelt Island, New York as a dietary aide.
Audrey lawful married Michael Redwood on Augusta 1st 1970 at the church of St. Clement Catholic Church. In this happy union they had two lovely daughters together. Audrey was a devoted mother that showered us with unconditional love. She ONLY wanted the best for us. As a Grandmother she was proud and dedicated to showing them she LOVED them unconditionally and wholeheartedly.
Audrey was well known to be the life of the party. She LOVED to make people laugh and feel welcomed. She was known as the "Jokester". Audrey was also well known for her delicious Ice teas, Lemon aids and her made from scratch carrot juice.
Audrey leaves to cherish her memory, her two beautiful daughters Marlo T. Clemons(Lonny), Sascha E. Shaw(Slade), her grandchildren Slade T. Shaw II , Malani E. Clemons, Aiden Q. Shaw, Malia D. Clemons and Zayd A. Shaw. She also leaves behind her cousins, Valerie Davidson, Errol Davidson, Aston Davidson and Annete Anderson.
