Todd "Toad" Martinez

He joined the Navy in 2000 after graduation. He was loved by many. He touched the hearts of anyone and everyone. He was so unselfish, always putting others before himself. He will be greatly missed.

Todd was born in Maxwell, New Mexico. He loved to hunt, fish, and golf. He loved the outdoors and was the type of person who didn’t like to stay in one area. He loved spending time with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Mandy Jo; his paternal grandparents, Celestino and Angelina Martinez; his maternal grandparents, Jack and Ora Jean Demchek.

He is survived by his daughter Natasha; parents, Janine Demchek and Celestino Martinez, Jr.; his wife, Sherry; one brother, Quentin Martinez; one sister, Tina Chavez and husband Ryan; step brother Robert Cordova; stepsisters, Cassie and Tiana Cordova, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.

Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 23, 2016 at St. Ann’s Catholic Church.
