Robert "Bobby" Franklyn Whiteaker, passed away on February 18, 2025, at the age of 64. Bobby was born on November 18, 1960, in Midland, Texas, and spent his childhood in Anchorage, Alaska, where he graduated from high school.
Bobby served his country with honor in the United States Air Force, where he met his wife of many years and mother of his children, Shawna Whiteaker. After his time in the Air Force, he proudly owned and operated A1 Electric in San Francisco, where he became a respected leader and mentor in the electrical industry. His expertise, work ethic, and kind demeanor made him a trusted and respected presence in his field.
Outside of his career, Bobby had a deep love for the outdoors. He enjoyed fishing, especially during the family camping trips to the redwoods, where he created lasting memories with those closest to him.
Bobby is survived by his son, Collin Whiteaker; daughter, Audreya Whiteaker; mother, Judith Ann Patience; sister, Laura Bridgman (Bruce); beloved cousin, Donna Chambers; and nephew, Jason Whiteaker. He was predeceased by father, Robert Ellison Whiteaker; paternal grandparents; Claud and Ruby Whiteaker; best friends/cousins, Kevin Chambers, Denny and Dewayne Whiteaker.
