He graduated from Robert E. Lee High School. He worked as an Assistant General Manager for Blue Sky for 2 years. Michael enjoyed drawing and racing RC boats and went to nationals twice. He is survived by his father George Vaughn, mother Charolette Vaughn and brother Charlie Vaughn of Odessa.
Honorary pallbearers are Jeff Wilheim, James Wright, Mark Landrum, Tanner Landrum, Brandon Landrum and Keith Walters. The family of Michael wishes to thank Charlie Vaughn and Michael's Blue Sky family.
The family will receive friends for visitation Monday, April 17, 2023 from 3:30-4 PM at Ellis Resthaven Funeral Home, followed by a memorial service at 4 PM. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers you make a donation in Michael's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital at www.stjude.org.
