Max Starling, 75, of Midland passed away Thursday May 5, 2011 at a local nursing home, with his family by his side. Mr. Starling is preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Lucile Yantis Starling. Left to cherish his memory are his wife Erma Starling, and daughters; Kim and Lisa Starling all of Midland, and brother, Danny Starling and wife Mary of San Antonio. The family will receive friends Sunday, May 8, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Ellis Funeral Home. Funeral service is Monday, May 9, 2011 at 1:00 pm at St. Paul’s United Methodist church, with interment to follow at Resthaven Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.ellisfunerals.com.
