Lu married William “Bill” Spencer Norman and the two raised two children, Danon and Tony. She worked as a babysitter and homemaker. She enjoyed working puzzles, crocheting and loved reading. To many people she was known as Nanny and had the most giving heart.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bill Norman; son, Tony Norman; parents, Wilburn and Minnie Stephens; and brothers, Dub Stephens and Bill Stephens.
Lu is survived by her daughter, Danon Allred and husband Bimbo of Stanton; grandchildren, Brandy Finck and husband Trey of San Antonio and Dusty Allred and wife Brianna of Lenorah; one great-grandson, Hank Finck; and nephew, B.J. Stephens of Cromwell, OK.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, July 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Martin County Senior Citizens.
