Guadalupe Perez Garcia

Lupe was born in San Angelo, TX on October, 5, 1928 to the late Herminia Nava & Francisco Perez. She married Ruben Montez Garcia on June 13, 1943; they were married for 50 years. She worked as a Housekeeper for many years. Lupe enjoyed serving the Lord & her church. She was also actively involved in the Guadalupanas and Legion of Mary church organizations. Lupe is survived by her son, Ruben P. Garcia, Roberto "Bobby" L. Garcia, And wife, Kelly. Son-in-law, Raymond G. Martinez, Granddaughters, Sandra Rodriguez and Husband, Reynaldo Mary Favila, Debra Martinez and Husband, Luis Soliz, Lupe Jackson and Husband, Joseph. Grandsons, Raymond Martinez and Wife, Natalie, Martin Castellon and Wife, Stephanie, 16 great-grandchildren, & 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Lupe is preceded in death by her husband, Ruben Montez Garcia, Daughters, Gloria Castellon, Gracie Martinez, And her son, Raul "Roy" Garcia. Martin Castellon, Juan Carlos Rodea, Roy Favila, Christian Ray Rodriguez, Martin R. Castellon, Mateo Soliz will serve as pallbearers. In lieu of flowers, the family wishes you consider making a memorial donation in Lupe's honor to Hospice of Midland.

A public visitation for Guadalupe will be held Wednesday, November 17, 2021 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Ellis Funeral Home, 801 Andrews Hwy, Midland, Texas 79701. A rosary will occur Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 7:00 PM, 801 Andrews Hwy, Midland, Texas 79701. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 10:00 AM at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 1401 Garden Ln, Midland, Texas 79701. A burial will occur Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Resthaven Memorial Park, Midland, Texas.
