“Libby" was born on Sept 23rd 1968 to Robert and Carlotta Kersey of Hobbs, New Mexico. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter Lacey Kersey-O'Steen and son in law, Blake O'Steen of Midland TX; her mother Carlotta Kersey; brothers Robert and Jerry Kersey; two sisters, Angie and Lara and nephew Christopher. She is preceded in death by her father Robert Kersey and her grandmother Cora Sweet. A celebration of life is scheduled for Feb 23, 2016, 10am @ Ellis Funeral Home in Midland, TX.
