Billy Williams, 61, of Midland passed away on December 22, 2013. He was born on May 8, 1952 in Batesville, Ark to James and Evelyn Williams. Billy was a loving father and loyal husband who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
He is survived by his wife, Vicki; his son, Sean and his daughter Suzi.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, December 30 at 11:00am at Fairview Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please donate to an animal charity of one’s choice. Arrangements are under the direction of Ellis Funeral Home.
