Born October 13, 1930, in Wheeler, Texas, to Loyd Raymond Green and Annie Lee Burns Green, she was a school teacher in Grand Fall-Royalty ISD where she touched the lives of hundreds of young people. She was a former member of Eastern Star and a member of Fannin Terrace Baptist Church in Midland.
Survivors include, her second husband, Edwin Urban, of Midland; son Steve Brooks and wife Becky, son Darren McInturff and wife Sheri of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; brother Bill Green and wife Cassie; granddaughters Lauren Render, Nikki Robbins and Katelyn Wright; and great-grandchildren Lexy, Roman and London Render, Emily Robbins and Adeline Wright.
