Terry Lee Rea

Terry was a veteran of the United States Navy of 6 years, where he was an Aviation Ordnanceman with HS2 on the USS Kittyhawk and RangeMaster at NAS North Island. After his time in the Navy he continued to have a passion for shooting and marksmanship. He was an over the road truck driver for Bearcat Express, loved listening to audiobooks while on the road, and shared a love of music with everyone around him. He never met a stranger, and never missed a chance to talk about the love of his life, Cynthia.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Robert Martin and sister, Susie Martin-Hoffer.

Terry is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cynthia; his children, Steven (Amber) Rea, Jennifer (Matt) Rea-Hall, and Terry Patrick; his grandchildren, Zairen Townsend, Wyatt Rea, Jonathan Townsend II, Ivy Rea, and Lukas Townsend; his siblings, Nancy (Gary) Lauman, Doug (Patty) Martin, Sheila (Scott) Wells, Cheryl (Kevin) Smith, Thomas Martin, Brenda (Gary) Rock; along with dozens of nieces, nephews, and friends who became family; all whom he loved dearly.

Visitation will be 10-11 am on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home, 517 South Sutphin Street, Middletown, OH 45044. A Funeral Service will follow at 11 am with Minister Jim Klontz officiating. Burial will be at Woodside Cemetery with military honors by the United States Navy.
