Patsy Ann Sebastian, age 77, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday October 3, 2019. Patsy was born June 2, 1942 in Middletown, Ohio to Thomas and Beulah Slusher.

Patsy is survived by; daughter Lisa (Gary) Snead; son Scott Sebastian; son Darin (Deanna) Sebastian; and son Todd (Anita) Sebastian; grandchildren Keith, Jennifer, Nick, Rachel, Tiffany, Michael, Christopher, Cody, Kenady and Kamdyn and great grandchildren Andrew, Riley, Nate, Joy and Alice.

Patsy was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Sebastian; infant daughter Tammy Ann Cress; sister Joyce.

A visitation for Patsy will be held Tuesday, October 8, 2019 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Breitenbach-Anderson Funeral Home, 517 S. Sutphin, Middletown, Ohio 45044. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM. Burial will occur at Butler County Memorial Park, 4570 Trenton Oxford Road, Hamilton, OH 45011.
