Larry Dale Smith, age 75, of Middletown, Ohio passed away on Thursday, February 9, 2023. He was born July 29, 1947 in South Lebanon, Ohio, the son of Walter and Sarah (Allison) Smith.
Larry was a local musician playing in Middletown over the years.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Cora Smith and nephew, Michael Moore.
Larry is survived by his children, Jenny, Jamie, Larry Dale and Cheri (Fred Foster) Smith;many grandchildren and great grandchildren;sister, Darlene Moore; several nieces and nephews including, Jason and Todd Moore and other family and friends.
Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
