In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bunnell; sisters, Joyce Soule and Jane Estill.
Joan is survived by her two daughters, Connie (husband, Ed) Griffis of Middletown, Vicki (husband, Gerrit Jobsis) Bunnell of Columbia, South Carolina; one son, Tad (wife, Mary) Bunnell of Middletown; five grandchildren, Nick Bunnell, Brandon Griffis, Frans Jobsis, Conor Griffis, Robert Jobsis; four great grandchildren; nieces, Jennie Tilton, Jo Greene, Jill Lennon; nephews, Tom Soule and Jim Soule.
Funeral services were held at the convenience of the family.
