Eugene Siler

Eugene Siler, age 86 of Trenton, passed away Wednesday morning, January 1, 2020 at Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties. He was born in Krypton, Kentucky on December 1, 1933 the son of the late Francis Marion and Fanny (Napier) Siler. Gene served in the U.S. Army and retired from AK Steel where he worked as a welder. He was an avid fisherman.

Gene was preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine and daughter, Darlene Mosley. He is survived by three daughters, Margaret (husband, Roger) Lawson, Doris (husband, Robin) Roberts and Teresa Siler; his son, Gene (wife, Kara) Siler; four grandchildren, Michael Lawson, Tawana Weidle, Brianne Siler and Courtney (husband, Scotty) Clyde; a great grandson, Brian McCord; three sisters, Virgie Sizemore, Mattie Whitt, and Brenda Andorka; and friend, Shirley Ledford.

Visitation will be 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Breitenbach Anderson Funeral Home followed by graveside Military Honors at Woodside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Butler and Warren Counties.
