Stephen Bogunia passed away in NC at the age of 91. He was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Ann (Zapach). He was a Combat Medic in WWII and was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart in service to his country. He was an Ironworker for 35 years with Union Local 17 walking the high steel on some of tallest buildings and bridges in northern Ohio. He is survived by his daughter Sandra (Spinatsch), sons Gary and Michael all of NC, Richard - AZ, Scott - CA, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Family will receive friends on Thursday Nov 10 from 4 - 8PM at the Craciun Funeral Home, 14925 E. Bagley Rd, Middleburg Hts 44130. Mass at St. Bartholomew Church, 14865 East Bagley Road, Middleburg Hts at 9:30AM. Interment Holy Cross.
