Maritza was born June 15, 1958 in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Jose Colon and Magdalena Colon. She is the loving mother of Rebecca (Matthew) Bradley, Rachel (Brian) Wilkinson and Elizabeth (Michael) Najpaver; cherished grandmother of Hannah, Olivia and Matty Bradley, Jaxon, Logan and Kenley Wilkinson and Benjamin, Ella, and arriving soon baby girl Eden Najpaver; dear sister of the late Nora Agosto (Angel); adored aunt of Aaron Agosto and Adam Agosto.
Maritza's testimony of living for the Lord could only be closely rivaled by the way she lived to give way more than she ever received. Maritza's faith was a blessing to each person she met. She loved unconditionally and never gave up on anyone. She will be deeply missed, but there is peace that she is with the Lord.
The family will receive friends on Friday, January 7, 2022 from 4PM-8PM at Craciun Funeral Home,14925 E. Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday at 11AM at Smyrna Christian and Missionary Alliance Church, 1433 W. 57th St., Cleveland, 44102.
