Linda Marie Kocon

Linda was a free, independent spirit who loved parties and people. She also loved the casinos and was pretty lucky with the slot machines. She worked for Revco early in her career and then Stone Container for many years and retired from the Bureau of Motor Vehicles after suffering a stroke.

Linda was the daughter of Leo & Lottie Kocon (both deceased). She was a loving sister to Patrick Kocon (deceased), Judy Himes (Bill - deceased), Leo Kocon (deceased), Michael Kocon (deceased)(Dena) and Dave Kocon (Joyce). Her joy came when her son Joseph Genovese found her four years ago, Linda had a daughter-in-law Kasey, and two grandchildren Alyssa and A.J. Genovese. She was loved by all of her nieces, nephews and cousins, Bill Himes Jr (deceased), Michael and Lori Himes, Jessica Bowler (her favorite) and Karen, Kelly and Jamie Siemer, Patrick and Melissa Kocon, Brian Joseph Himes (deceased), and Dave and Alishia Kupiec. She especially loved her great nieces and nephews Brian Thomas Himes, Isaac Siemer, Bridgette Himes, Donovan Rogers, Maddie Bowler, Noah Siemer, Jacob Siemer (deceased) and Korbin and Kepley Kupiec.

The family will receive friends SATURDAY, APRIL 12, 2025 9-10 AM AT ST. BARTHOLOMEW CHURCH 14865 BAGLEY RD., MIDDLEBURG HTS. Followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Final resting place Holy Cross Cemetery.
