David A. Chase

He was born in Cleveland, the son of the late Chester and Patricia (nee Gawel) Chase. He was the beloved husband of 44 years to the late Mary (nee Gunderman), who predeceased him on February 1, 2016; loving father of Nathan, Matthew (deceased), and Michael; dear brother of Dennis (Rosemary); uncle of many.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 1, 2020 from 1PM-5PM at Craciun Funeral Home, 14925 E. Bagley Rd., Middleburg Heights, where funeral services will commence on Monday at 11AM. Committal services will follow at Woodvale Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to World Vision at https://www.worldvision.org/
