Brett E. Stewart

Brett E. Stewart, age 39, of Middleburg Hts, Ohio passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2025. Brett was born in Cleveland on March 20, 1986. He is the beloved son of Sandra Thornhill (Shane Hall) and Roy Stewart. Loving father of Julia, Carter and Camden Stewart and spouse of Kelly Stewart. Cherished grandson of Glyn Stewart (late Gene) and brother of Brandon Stewart (Bridget). Dear uncle of Brady and Brynn.

From the moment Brett entered this world, he brought with him a light that shone brightly. His gentle heart, compassion, and thoughtfulness were an inspiration to everyone who had the privilege to know him. Brett also had a wild side; he was fearless, adventurous, spontaneous, and brave. That strength, courage and resiliency were evident again and again throughout his fight with cancer. He taught us the value of kindness, the importance of perseverance, and the power of generosity. While we mourn his loss, we also celebrate the joy he brought into our lives. His spirit will live on through his three beautiful children. We remember the laughter, the shared moments, and the countless memories that we will treasure forever. The love he gave us will never fade, and we find solace knowing he is now free and at peace.

In lieu of flowers, contributions suggested to the American Cancer Society in his name. There will be a funeral service on Thursday April 17, 2025 at 11:00 AM in the funeral home. Interment will follow at Woodvale Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday from 4 - 8 PM at the A. RIPEPI AND SONS FUNERAL HOME, 181479 BAGLEY ROAD, MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS, OHIO 44130 (WEST of I-71)
