Theresa Lea Weisgerber

Theresa Lea Weisgerber, age 65, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Sunday, October 15, 2023. She was born in Estherville, Iowa. Theresa came to Orange Park, Florida in 1980 and lived in Florida with her family the rest of her life.

Theresa worked for as a dental assistant for Dr. Sandy Rosenberg until she retired. She loved her work and everyone she worked with very much.

She saw beauty everywhere. While traveling the world with Ken and her family, she loved to photograph her adventures. She showered her loved ones with her favorite photos of butterflies and flowers which fit her namesake, St. Therese. She was a talented cook and also loved to bake for her family and friends.

Theresa spent a lot of time serving in her community at the food drives, soup kitchens, shelters and with St Luke’s Parish Outreach.

Most of all, she loved spending time with her family and loved ones.

Theresa is survived by her loving companion, Kenneth Laali; mother, Lynne Davis; sons: Walter (Catherine) Davis and Jake Weisgerber; sisters: Annette Dieck and Amy (Kevin) Taylor, brother: Jeffrey (Connie) Davis, grandchildren: Craig (Arriana), Melanie, Chandler (Kalei), Braden (Lindsey), Luke; great-grandchildren: Kimberlyn, Bryleigh, Alexander, and Jade, nephews and nieces: Michael (Jenn), Chrissy (Marc), Justin (Jennifer), Jessica (Scott), Michelle (Scott), Lizzy (Turin), Devin, Kyle (Miranda), Max, great nephews and nieces: Chasey, Sawyer, Emery, Sydney, Haley, Mickella, Justin, Carly, Logan, Mia, Penellope, Forrest, Maisie, Dakota, Ethan, Elijah, Rylan, Summer, Mack, Wade, and a host of extended family, friends. She is proceeded by her father: Robert F. Davis, brother: Glen Davis, her brother-in-law: Steve Dieck and her daughter: Zoë Lynne.

Theresa’s immensely generous, caring, kind, loving, fiercely loyal nature and huge heart will be dearly and deeply missed by her family and friends.

Memorial Mass will be held at St Luke's Catholic Church, 1606 Blanding Blvd, Middleburg, FL on November 14, 2023 at 10:30 AM.
