It is with a heavy heart that I remember a man I had the honor to call my best friend.  Kenny and I grew up and went to Bolles together.  I have many fond memories of us in the woods on his motorbike or on the river on Jet Skis or a boat.  SCUBA diving in the many Florida springs we visited or the Florida Keys.  I knew that Kenny was the person I could always count on in a time of need.  I had not spent as much time in the last few years, but that will never matter because I have so many amazing memories that will last with me forever.  I miss you, and I Love you, Kenny!

So sorry to hear of Ken's passing. He was always so kind and such a gentle, sweet guy. We enjoyed may get togethers with many laughs and hugs. Paul and I are here to support you and your family any way we can. Our love and hearts go out to you all through this very difficult time.  

Another Christmas party! We always had so much fun celebrating the holidays as a family. Ken was such a good sport, always willing to play along with our silly games. We will miss you. RIP Ken!

I remember a few months ago, I was walking into the clinic and Mr. Newman was on his way out. As we were passing each other,  we said Good morning and Mr. Ken asked, how are you?. I said,  I think I'm losing my mind because I know I heard a cat near my car, but I dont see one anywhere. Mr. Ken said, well you're not losing your mind because a kitten rode in my truck from home all the way to work. So, I proceeded to walk with him to his truck. Mr. Ken started looking all around the outside of his truck. I said, I might as well help you look to. Unfortuanately, we couldnt find the cat. I said, you know I suppose to be at work Mr. Ken and I'm out here helping you look for the cat....Lol. Mr. Ken said, dont worry, I'll vouch for you 🙂. I said all of the above to say, thank you Mr. Ken for proving that I wasn't going crazy........🙂. 

I had the pleasure of working closely with Ken in the Occupational Medicine clinic at naval hospital Jacksonville since July 2021. I always appreciated Ken’s sneaky sense of humor that could shed light on otherwise stressful situations. I feel lucky to have known him. He will be truly missed. 

My deepest condolences goes out to the Family and Friends. 
I really got to know Mr. Newman when I transferred to Occ Med three years ago. He was  a cool laid back Supervisor.  As long as you did your work he didn’t bother you.
I will miss walking in his office and he would be playing his Christian music and look so peaceful no matter how hectic the day might be going. He loved listen to 
MercyMe. 
Lastly, I will miss him imitating Madea  (Tyler Perry). He would have us laughing so hard. I never knew Mr. Newman 
had a sense of humor. Lol..😂

Linda , Debbie and families, we are very sorry to hear about your loss.  Our memory of your brother is when Bill and I came to your house on Miller Oaks in 1972.  I remember him running around the pool with Khan and Kelpie, jumping into the pool and splashing Bill.  Our deepest condolences to all of you 💔💔💔

I worked with Ken in Jax for 3 years. He was one of the most calm, laid back people I’ve ever met. He could always bring peace to a hectic environment. My thoughts go out to his family and his many many friends and colleagues. The clinic won’t feel the same without his presence. 

Thank you Newman Family for sharing Ken with us for 8 years working for Navy Occupational Health at NMRTC Jacksonville. He was quiet spirited  and will truly be missed as a friend and professional colleague. Our condolences and prayers of comfort during this time of loss. Rest In Peace, Ken! 

I worked with Ken in Jacksonville for 3 years.  We loved his laid back, kind, and helpful disposition. He was easy to work with and excellent at his job. He will be missed. Rest In Peace, my friend. 

My brother Ken passed away on Sunday. He was the youngest in our family. My sister and I treated him as our baby when he was born and thought we were the luckiest girls in the world. We never expected him to pass before us. We prayed for his healing and God choose to heal him with a healthy body in heaven. He was a Christ Follower and we look forward to having a grand reunion in heaven! He will certainly be missed here. Until we meet again! ❤️

This was Thanksgiving dinner at one of Ken’s favorite restaurant The Conch House in St. Augustine. 

Ken was very proud when the hospital won the CNO Safety and Occupational Medicine award in 2019. We’re posing with the hospital CO and XO after winning customer service award here. We also had a flawless SOHME and MEDIG inspection that year. I worked side by side with him off and on for 4 years. He was a kind, decent man. Rest in peace Ken.
