I remember Lynda as a spicy lady. I feel like she would tell you like it is, with no sugar coating. She loved her family; Always took care of everyone. She is missed. I can't believe she's gone. It feels like it's way too soon. Now she's an angel watching over her family. I'm praying for Lynda's family in their time of sorrow

Prayers for the repose of Lynda's soul and prayers of comfort for her family, that they may feel God's loving and healing presence.

Someone has left you whom you love very much but believe me through God you will never loose touch.
This is a hard time to express all the ways how you feel a deep loss and will for many, many days. God never wanted this to hurt you you know but he reaches his hand out we must take it and go.
It's a much better place where you mother is now and your heartache will lighten each day somehow.

Wanted to send a card but didn't have the address. So sorry to hear of Linda passing, my thoughts are with you and the family.

William, 

I know your mama was smiling today as she heard you speak with such courage and gratitude for all that she instilled in you.  It is a blessing to have known your mother; it was an honor to be present today and an even greater honor for you all to ask me to participate in such a beautiful service.  I have crossed paths with many walks of life, some religious, others not.  Having met your mother, only four times, spending time with you, Lisa, Anna, AJ, Bob, and Dave, I have never witnessed such unconditional, sacrificial love between family.  Your mama showed you all how to love.  For the first time in my life I felt the unconditional love of a mother from your mother. 

William, thank you for taking me to meet your mama; it was through meeting your ma, Lynda Richardson, spending time with her, cutting up like school girls together, talking about life, her sharing her wisdom with me that I immediately knew how and why you had become the man that you are today, so loving, so willing to sacrifice for me, for your family, and for your country.

Dave, William, Lisa, Bob, AJ, and Anna, thank you for sharing your wife, your ma, your grammy with me.  Thank you for making me feel so loved and so welcome.  I am so very sorry for your loss.  Please don't ever forget Ma, Grammy, Lynda is always with you; she lives on in each of you; talk to her, write your precious memories down in a journal so that her memory carries on into the future.  She is still here with you, maybe she is a star in the sky or maybe she is a bird sitting on a car nearby as Lil Miss Anna pointed out, such a precious child.
