Joan R. Howe, 76, went home to be with the Lord December 16, 2016. She was born September 21, 1940 in St. Petersburg, Florida to Fordham and Birdie Beatrice Ruttan and resided in Middleburg, Florida. Joan was devoted to friends and family and cherished the times spent with all. Joan is survived by her husband; Jerry Howe, sons; Michael Howe (Vanessa) and Davis Howe, daughters; Debbie Jackson (Ronald) and Catherine Costanza (Richard), 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild with 2 great grandchildren on the way. A visitation will be held 6-8 PM Wednesday December 21, 2016 and funeral service 11 AM Thursday December 22, 2016 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road Middleburg, Florida 32068.
