Joan B Felt, 78, passed away on April 22, 2019 in Starke, FL. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan. Mrs. Felt is survived by her husband, Thomas Melvin Carney; 2 sons: Lance Felt and Eugene Felt; brother, Wayne (Mary) Bathrick; 2 grandchildren: Stephanie Felt and Lance Felt Jr; and a host of great-grandchildren; step-children: Sherry Hay, Tammy Carney, Tommy Carney, Melinda Weir and Andy Carney; plus numerous step-grandchildren. Memorial services will be held 11 AM, Friday, April 26th, 2019 at Gadara Baptist Church, 6779 County Road 315C, Keystone Heights, FL with Pastor Joey Hay officiating.
