Janice Ann Carter, age 57, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Thursday, April 7, 2022. Janice was born Winter Haven, FL and will be missed dearly by her family.

Janice was predeceased by her parents: Gene and Helen Connell; 2 brothers: Rodger and Kenny Connell; daughter, Amber Connell; and grand-daughter, Haylee.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Ramsey; 2 sons: Patrick Ramsey and Derek Carter; 7 grandchildren: Elijah, Harleigh, Gabe, Max, Logan, Emily and Brody; Sister, Patty Fore (Mike) and a host of extended family and friends.

Family will have a celebration of her life on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
