Sincere condolences from Rhode Island friends/neighbors. Remembering George, Bunny,Todd,Janet,Robin & their three Cocker Spaniels, blue convertible with white top,losing the boat motor once while out fishing, Todd's gainful employment with the Dog Kennel in North Kingstown & so much more. The picture gallery held no surprise to see a Cocker Spaniel in so many of the photos. The Sloanes always had an affinity for Spaniels & were good people & friends.Our families shared many an adventure. So very sorry to  learn of Todd's passing. So sorry for your loss. He was a great American, true friend, fellow shipmate and coworker. We all will miss him.

Having just seen Todd a few days prior, we were shocked to hear of his passing.  We truly loved Todd.  He was always there whenever we needed him.  When Pete was deployed to Afghanistan, my car was sitting in front of the pool store and wouldn't start.  I called Todd and he immediately came out to Fleming Island, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it.  When we received the word on Todd's passing, Pete was forward deployed again. He spent the next day watching the young sailors, and can honestly say to you "Master Chief, you can stand relieved. There are Patriots just like you now standing the watch."  Todd your incredible work ethic was an example to our whole family. In true Maintenance Master Chief fashion you allowed Pete the "fly-boy" to get away with poorly written gripes yet always fixed the problem without using the "Could not duplicate on ground" answer.  Bryan, Mike and Pete especially appreciated the way you could explain the issue and corrective action without getting upset with us for overstressing the "auto-frame".  You were more than our mechanic and fellow Navy buddy, you were a family friend and will be greatly missed.

I worked with Todd at Lockheed Martin and served with him at VSSU.  We were both Tech Reps after the Navy. Todd loved the Navy and the Navy loved him.    His family can know that he served his country with great honor, so many respected and admired him very much. He will be missed.

We will miss you and thanks for all the help with all our vehicles and boats. You were a wonderful friend.

Thanks to a great man from all the Junior Officers that you trained up - we learned a lot at your side.  The Navy (and us Diamondcutters in particular) were blessed to have known you.

You were one heck of a engine mechanic and fisherman. We sure pulled some great liberty. Thanks for the good times. Fair Winds and Following Seas Shipmate!
