Frederick David "FRED" Cotton, age 90, of Keystone Heights, Florida passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024. Fred was born in Doylestown, PA in the summer of 1933 to James Barton and Rose Cotton.

Preceded in death by his son, Frederick David Cotton, II and grandson, Trey Cotton. Brothers, Jack Cotton and Jim Cotton. Sister, Jane Bruce. He is survived by his daughter, Patricia Richardson and son-in-law Dennis Richardson. Son Randall Thomas Cotton and daughter-in-law Laura Cotton. Daughter-in-law, Linda M. Cotton. Seven grandchildren, Frederick David (Ricky) Cotton, III, James Robert (Jamie) Lotto, Tiffany Rose, Tamara (Tammie) Dalton, Dennis F. (Denny) Richardson, Jr., Sanibel Cotton and Shawn Ruszkowski. Eleven Great-Grandchildren and four Great-Great Grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held on April 27, 2024 at 2:00 PM in Holly Hill Memorial Park., 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL 32068.
