Dwayne Leonard Hubbard, age 60, of Middleburg, Florida passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2023. He was born in Barnesville, Ohio and served in the US Navy. He was an Electrician by profession for JEA and Anheuser Busch.
Dwayne is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kathie Hubbard; son, Jacob D. Hubbard; two daughters: Jessie C. (Warren) Morris and Jenna M. Hubbard; and host of extended family and friends.
Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Sunday, July 2, 2023 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Road, Middleburg, FL with visitation held 1 hour prior to service. Burial will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Park.
