Cody William Clark, 26, passed away December 27, 2015. He was born October 23, 1989 in Orange Park, Florida and resided in Fleming Island. Mr. Clark is survived by his son; Wyatt Clark, daughter; Kalyn Clark, Father Thomas Clark, step mother; Debbie Clark, sister; Casey Clark, grandfather; Bill Johnson (Gene), grandmother; Jacqueline Clark, uncles; Lewis Clark (Jackie), Troy Clark (Cheryl), Tim Johnson and Mike Johnson, aunt; Monica Johnson and Jana Johnson and Heather (Mike) Cowels, cousins; Chelsey Clark, Brooke Clark, Melanie Johnson and Kye Johnson and step sisters; Stacy McIsaac and Erin McIsaac and mother of his children; Ekaterina Schmierer. Proceeded in death by Deborah (Johnson) Clark, mother, Thomas W. Clark Sr. Grandfather, Francis Webb grandmother and Allen Wooten cousin.
