Claire Eileen Hoffman

On August 28, 1948 Claire married James, the love of her life they were married for 61 years. Claire enjoyed spending time with her three children, six grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was a bus driver for 36 years. Her love for crocheting and baking brought joy to others. When Claire would find out that one of her family or friends we’re having a baby she would start crocheting a blanket for them. Many have enjoyed her wedding, birthday and holiday cakes, pies and cookies. Claire also had a love for bowling and bingo.

Claire is predeceased by her parents: George and Helen Wolfe; husband, James Hoffman; son, Steve Hoffman; brother, Homer Wolfe; sister, Jean Hand; and sister-in-law, Joan Wolfe.

Mrs. Hoffman is survived by her children: Greg (Susan Spath) Hoffman and Sarah Jane (Chris) Frangos; brothers, Charlie Wolfe, Doug (Pat) Wolfe and Jeff (JoAnn) Wolfe; sister-in-law, Ruth Wolfe; grandchildren: Michael Frangos, Dennis Frangos, Jimmy Frangos, Rachel Pullman, Teresa Przemieniecki and Matt Nemes; 11 great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.

Memorial services will be held a later date when she is laid to rest with her husband in New Jersey.
