Carol Elizabeth Craig, 75, passed away on October 19, 2019 in Middleburg, FL. She was born in Birmingham, AL to Gordon and Christine Berry. She loved classical music and loved to travel. She was a tennis champion in her younger years and was proud to have had the privilege to be a speech writer for Former President Jimmy Carter. Mrs. Craig is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Dr. Darrell L. Craig; son, Darrell Craig; daughter, Wendy (Denise) Craig; 4 grandchildren: Travis Lee Craig, Tiffany Tia Craig, Lila Dawn Craig and Aslyn Isabella Bailey-Craig; and a great-grandchild, Cayson Lee Craig.
Funeral services will be held 11 AM, Thursday, October 24, 2019 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS HOLLY HILL FUNERAL HOME, 3601 Old Jennings Rd, Middleburg, FL with visitation to be held 1 hour prior to service at the funeral home.
