Blake Wesley Carter, 3, passed away on October 17, 2014. He was born in Orange Park, FL. In loving memory of Blake he will always be in our hearts and never be forgotten. Blake was predeceased by his grand-father, David Looney. Survivors include his parents: Christian Carter and Jessica Looney; brother, Gauge Carter; sister, Sierra Carter; maternal grandmother, Dawn Looney; paternal grandmother, Dottie Hauff; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family and friends.
