My Hill friends,
Miss Hill is an icon of family, love and personal conviction. My mothers greatest joy besides her children was her friendship with Miss Hill and the Hill family. I learned so much from all of you that I didn't know I was being taught at the time but later in life adopted and continue to use. mainly the value of family, forgiveness and true kindness that is Mr and Miss Hills legacy. Miss Hill and your family will have my deepest respect, even at this time of great sorrow their is peace knowing she is with God and all the ones she held dear. I cannot imagine how to express my feelings to you all. I grieve with you my friends. Her spirit will live forever within everyone of you.
and the ones that follow.

Dear Hill Family, to hear of Mrs. Hill's passing is bittersweet.  I know her family and many, many friends will miss her, but she is now spending time with Mr. Hill, her son and many dear friends, included my mom.  I cannot imagine to joy my mom is feeling to see her dearest lifelong friend again.  I am sure they are dancing, laughing and maybe playing some Uno.  
Personally, I attribute much of my success in life to Mrs. Hill.  She and your father, grandfather/great grandfather (Mr. Hill) took our family under their wing.  I spent much of my childhood with Mrs. Hill and my mom togetherlistening as they shared stories, and the pain and joy of life.  At their feet, I learned what I know of compassionate service, unconditional love and how to be a friend.      
I remember one car ride in particular. My mom and Mrs. Hill were running errands and as a little boy, I loved to tag along.  Standing in the backseat (pre-seatbelt and child restraint days) as we headed to the House of Bargains, I was mesmerized by the laughter.  First my mom would say something and Mrs. Hill would laugh.  Then Mrs. Hill would say something and my mom would laugh.  
That laughter filled the car and fills my ears even now.  My mom didn't have an easy life, but she was blessed to have a few wonderful friends.  Your mom, grandma, great grandma and great-great grandma was an angel on Earth and is now an angel in Heaven and I am happy to say my mom's best friend forever.

I'm so sorry for your loss. Ours was a long distance relationship . She always remembered her cousins in Philadelphia,pa. She was the most gentle and loving person I know.  She loved her kids and her"grands" . I know she's in heaven with her parents, brothers, aunts, uncles and her beloved Harold and baby..r.i.p Anna May.

To one of the most lovely families I have known.  I love all the Hills and thinking of all on this day of Joy when your mom enters the gates of Heaven to reunite with Mr. Hill and her son.  Mom Hill will have so much to tell them all.  A beautiful women inside and out.  And was my pleasure of knowing and loving her and all her family she leaves behind to continue her legacy. To the hill family: I am sorry to hear of the lost of your mother. I know your heart is aching but remember the good times you have had and the mending begins. Her legacy lives on in everyone of your lives.  My prayers are with you.

"Our Condolence" to Hill Children and Grand's. We met the Hill Family, in 1950, when they moved in a house next door to us. They had lots of children and so did our Family. We all went to school together and Martin and I grad. in 1965! Mrs Hill, was the most Loving, caring, gentle woman I have ever known.Oh my, how she loved her family!!! She always had that beautiful smile, and the sparkle in her eyes! She is one in a trillion..There will never be a book big enough to list all the special ways and the Love she had. Mrs Hill you was such and "Inspiring" person to me.  I Love You so much. And my, all the beautiful Love and Memories that will stay with me forever.. You had such a wonderful life here on earth, and now your in "HEAVEN" with your Husband and Baby.Your family has a lots of memories to keep close to there hearts! I did not see a lot of her over the years due to distance, but we talked and shared a lot.
When I was 16, she did something so special for me I will never ever forget and that was the first time I met her. From that moment on, my love for her was sealed.
