Theodore "Teddy" Ray Rose

Theodore "Teddy" Ray Rose, age 74, of Miamisburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday March 8, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton with family by his side. He was born on May 1, 1947 in Miamisburg to the late Orville M. Rose and Mary Frances (Mullins) Rose.

Teddy worked for Aeronca Aircraft in Middletown from where he retired in 1994. In his free time he enjoyed riding motorcycles, camping trips, and spending time in his garage where he could always find something to work on or fix. He was a lifelong member of the Miamisburg Eagles where he was also a founding member of the Eagle Riders. There he enjoyed good times with friends that he held dear to his heart.

Teddy is survived by his wife of 22 years, Dona (Ingram) Rose, son Douglas (Mika) Rose, daughter Kimberly (Chris) O’Neill, stepson Josh (Amanda) Allen, brother Roger Rose, and grandchildren Dalton and Adley O’Neill, Ashlyn (Jason) Mann, Jeremy Allen, Jordan Allen, and James Ray Allen.

In addition to his parents, he is proceeded in death by brothers Winford Rose, Clyde Rose, and Ronald Rose, sisters Phillis Rose, and Clara Rose, and stepson Jeremy Allen.

A Gathering of Family & Friends will be held Wednesday, March 16, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg, Ohio, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 PM with Pastor Danny Griffith officiating. Teddy will be laid to rest in Evergreen Cemetery, West Carrollton, Ohio.
