Stephen E. Flannery

Jose' ......Age 63 of Springboro, Ohio passed away on Friday, July 5, 2013 at the Ohio State University Medical Center after battling Leukemia. He was born on November 7, 1949 in Dayton, Ohio to Donna J. (Shumway) Flannery. Steve is survived by his mother, Donna Flannery; his beloved fiancée, Dianne Reeder; daughter, Shauna (Jeff) Rodgers; son, Shane (Andrea) Flannery; grandchildren, Madison Flannery, Jack and Audrey Rodgers; brother, Gary Flannery and many other extended family and friends. Steve graduated from Miamisburg High School Class of 1968 and retired from GM after 30 years of service. His passion in life was spending time with his family, gardening, cooking, fishing and playing his guitar. Friends and family may visit from 4-6 pm on Wednesday, July 10 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, 508 East Linden Ave., Miamisburg, Ohio 45342 followed by the memorial service at 6:00 pm with Pastor Brad Martin officiating. In lieu of flowers, gifts in memory of Steve may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place Memphis, TN 38105.
