Scott Wells Colvin, 66, of Miamisburg, Ohio passed away peacefully at Hospice of Dayton after a lengthy battle with prostate cancer on Saturday, May 20, 2023. He was born August 24, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio to the late Wells Otto and Dorothy (Coblentz) Colvin.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Stephen (Sally) Colvin; and father-in-law, Robert Childress.
Scott is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Robin Colvin; son, Bradley (Lindsey) Colvin; daughter, Amy (Curtis) Sebastian; grandchildren, William Colvin, Easton, Austin, and Emerson Sebastian; brother, Mark (Beverly) Colvin; mother-in-law, Oda Childress; brother-in-law, Tim Childress; and numerous nieces, nephews, and loved ones.
He graduated Miamisburg High School class of 1974. He attended Sinclair Community College and earned his Allied Health Radiology degree in 1983. Scott went on to earn his Bachelors of Science in Health Arts from University of St. Francis in 2005. He worked at Miami Valley Hospital Radiology Department for 36 years. Scott was a member of the American Legion SAL Squadron 165, and the Miamisburg Moose Lodge 1645.
Scott loved spending time at Norris Lake boating and fishing with his family, watching his grandchildren play baseball, golfing, and following his UK Wildcats and Pittsburgh Steelers.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 5:00 PM Friday, May 26, 2023 at the Miamisburg American Legion, Post 165, 35 N. Main St. Miamisburg, Ohio 45342. Final resting place at Hillgrove Cemetery.
