CHANEY-BONNER, Marilyn Ann, age 72 of Germanton, passed away Saturday February 6, 2016 at her home in the care of Hospice of Dayton. She was born February 14, 1943 in Upland, IN to the late Clarence and Nellie (Dickey) Cox. In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her husbands, Allen Dale Chaney and James Bonner and siblings. She is survived by her children, Angela Chaney of Miamisburg, David and Gina Chaney of Germantown and Michael Bonner of Germantown; grandchildren, Jesse, David, Edmund, Vilija and Jason; great grandchildren, Hayden and Sophia as well as siblings, including Phyllis Brockman and nephew, Dana Brockman and many other extended family members. Marilyn was a graduate of Madison County High School, IN and spent many years of her career as a waitress. Additionally Marilyn worked in office administration, retail and as a home health aide. She attended Germantown Community Harvest and greatly loved her family spending the majority of her spare time with them and doting over her grandchildren. A memorial service will begin 10:00 AM Saturday, February 20, 2016 at Gebhart-Schmidt-Parramore Funeral Home, Miamisburg.
