R. Kay Pritchard "Kay", 83, of Miamisburg, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at home surrounded by her family.

She was born on July 18, 1941 in Mt. Carmel, Illinois the daughter of Francis and Virginia (Robbs) Goodman.

Kay was loyally devoted to her husband who she lovingly referred to as "Patrick" for 60 years, helping him with the family business in the role of executive assistant, travel agent, concierge, and entertainer of guests. She was a gifted giver of gifts, a lovely incredible jewel of a woman whose zest for life touched many. People said of her when they met, "we just clicked". She loved travelling, shopping, cooking, dining, cocktails, dancing, and games, especially cards and word games or just visiting one on one. She was a great lady, admired by all who met her. She was smart, funny, beautiful, and kind. She will be greatly missed.

Kay is survived by her children, PJ Pritchard, Molly Hunt, Susan Haught, and daughter-in-law, Kathy Woods; grandchildren, Harry, Amanda, Sherman, Charlie, Austin, Emily, Morgan, Jack, Sam, Zach, and Sam; sister, Gigi Trapp; sister-in-law Carol (Jerry) Zmyslo; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kay was preceded in death by her husband, Patrick Pritchard; parents, Frank and Virginia (Robbs) Goodman; sister, Nancy Cartwright, brother, John Goodman; children, Bob Woods, David Woods, Donald Woods; grandson, Elijah Pritchard; sisters-in law, Betty Gomez, Jeanne Casper.

A memorial gathering will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE Funeral Home, Miamisburg, Ohio. A potlock at Susan's will follow afterward.
