James “Butch” Condy, age 71 of Miamisburg, passed away at home November 17, 2022. He was a proud Naval Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He belonged to the Miamisburg Moose Lodge 1645, American Legion Post 165, and the Franklin Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 2309. Butch loved to play pool and euchre, as well as hunting, fishing, and camping. He was employed by Miamisburg Appliances for most of his career.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Louis J. and Mildred (Warner) Condy; wife, Linda L. (Garner) Condy; and loving friend, Laurie Hensley.
Butch is survived by his daughter, Andrea Collins; grandson, Zachary Rogers; and sisters, Carol (Rick) Freeman, and Janae (Tim) Emley.
His family will receive friends from 4:00 – 7:00 PM Thursday, December 8, 2022 at GEBHART-SCHMIDT-PARRAMORE FUNERAL HOME, Miamisburg, Ohio. Final resting place at Calvary Cemetery.
